Common questions
How do I play Slitherlink?+
The app walks you through the rules in a 4-screen onboarding when you first launch. Short version: tap edges between dots to draw a single closed loop. The numbers in cells tell you how many of the surrounding 4 edges are part of the loop. No corners, no crossings, no branches — just one continuous shape.
Are there really no ads?+
None. No ads, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no analytics, no tracking. You paid for the game once and that’s the entire transaction.
I’m stuck on a puzzle.+
Tap the hint button. It’ll highlight one logically-forced edge for you and explain the Slitherlink rule that made it forced. You get 3 hints per puzzle with no penalty. The puzzle still has a unique solution from where you are; sometimes it helps to undo a few moves and try a different path.
My progress disappeared after reinstalling.+
If you’re signed into iCloud on the device, Looplink should restore your progress, streak, settings, and pinned notes automatically the first time you open the reinstalled app — it can take 30 seconds or so for the first sync. If it doesn’t come back: make sure iCloud is enabled (Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → Looplink) and that the device has a network connection. If you weren’t signed into iCloud when you played, the data was local-only and uninstalling deleted it.

I want to suggest a feature.+
Email me. Top requests get built. I’m a solo developer making this in my spare time; I’m honest about what I can prioritize.
Will there be Hashi (Bridges) and Nurikabe games next?+
Yes — that’s the plan if Looplink earns its keep. Loop Games is a portfolio play. Hashi is next on the roadmap.
